[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECal alarms on enclosure ambient temperatures

Got a call around 10PM that ECal alarms were going off and that the enclosure top and middle temperatures instantaneously to 112 degC. I gave instructions for connecting to hareboot39 but the shift crew could not connect. I tried logging in to adaqsc and opening a browser to connect, but also failed. I came in and took and escorted access into the hall. I unplugged and plugged back in the power strip for the ECal heater controls system which restored communication with the remote power strip and brought the temperatures back to their usual values in the 30-50degC range. This power strip is near the top of the rack in the ECal bunker and likely sees a lot of radiation coming through the roof and the crack between the roof panels and the walls. Not sure how long it will live, but so far it has needed two hard cycles (unplug and plug back in).
