[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECal power cut to all zones

ECal alarms went off showing all temperatures dropping. Current had been cut at 8:20PM. I got a call from the shfit crew and and took a look. The main relay was off on the GUI. I turned it back on. The only way this can happen as far as I know is either someone pushes the button on the GUI (unlikely) or the power strip cycles. I believe the power strip must have cycled itself due to radiation. Once I turned the relay back on, all zones temperatures started to recover
