[Dsg-halla_ecal] cRIO Updates

Hi Don,

Later this week after the upcoming heater test we need to reboot the cRIO to install updates on it.

The main cRIO is currently hitting a bug where it has higher than normal CPU usage which most likely requires a BIOS update to fix, and at a minimum we'll need to reboot it.

Since this shouldn't effect the test any I'd like to avoid having something go wrong at the last minute hence doing this after the test is complete.
