[Dsg-halla_ecal] [New Logentry] ECal heating test demonstration at operating temperature

ECal reached operating temperatures on the crystals overnight. When the majority of the crystals were in the range 200-230 degC I began fine adjustments to try to get them in the 200+/-5 degC range From 4AM to 9AM I played with front plate temperatures to see what it would take to make the crystal temperatures converge. Attachment 1 shows the temperatures of the crystal front (hot) ends. Attachment 2 shows the temperatures of the back ends of the crystals. There is an obvious temperature gradient from top to bottom on the rear of the crystals with the top being about 15 degC hotter.<br>
