Hi Xinzhan,
This is a networking issue with the lab. If you use the VPN, the webpage works fine. Try remote logging into a computer onsite and pull up the webpage.
I'll contact the Accelerator/CC on Monday to see if something needs to be rebooted.
I'll check-in on the flows a couple of times a day to make sure it's running.
By the way, the flows are normal on both the BB in the Hall and SBS in the EEL.
