Hi Marc, Jack,
You'll need to put in a CCPR to get the RPi moved to the Hall A subnet.
(I only have that kind of access for the Hall C networks.) Give them the
hostname and which subnet you want it moved to and it should process
quickly.
Jack, do you know what network switch this is going to be plugged into?
(And what the relevant subnet will be?)
