[Dsg-halla_gem] [EXTERNAL] BB GEM gas readback

Hi Sean,

I have looked at the BB Raspberry Pi remotely and there may be an issue with the 12V supply for the i2c devices attached to dsg-dev-sbc (the Rpi which reads the flow).

I noticed, I can not see the pressure sensor when detecting devices, additionally the multiplexer is not responding.

Tomorrow I will go and check it out in the hall.

I have verified that there is ~7 psi after the regulator. The issue is only with remotely monitoring the flow. This system can not stop flow. So the BB GEMs still have flow.

I'll update this mailing list when the issue is resolved.
