Hi Ching,
The flow transducer pop off when they are blocked down stream.
If there is a reason to block a channel, the flow must be shut off at the manual flow meter valve, prior to blocking the channel.
The tubes are meant to pop off, and they are easy to put back on. I think Holly wrote a procedure for this in the past.

Subject: Questions about the flow transducers in SBS gas distro rack
Hi Marc,
We have noticed several of the tubes connecting the flow transducers had popped off. We have pushed them back in. But we would like to ask is there a way to secure them better, for example, could we have some kind of clamps to prevent them from popping off?
Thank you
Ching Him
