[dsg-halla_moller] TM3 Sensor Instrumentation

Hi Eric,

Mindy has completed installation of the sensors, cables, and connectors for the vacuum side of TM3.

She has also completed 3 out of 4 production cables that go between the vacuum enclosure and PLC rack. These are the cables that will be used in the hall, but also for the magnet mapping in the test lab.

I checked the full readout chain with those cables and they all passed.  I put these cables on the shelves in the test lab.

Mindy should be able to finish the final TM3 cable after the holiday break.
