[Dsg-halla_magnets] Rockwell License

Hi,

 I discussed this with Pablo last week and there is an issue with returning licenses. Something on Rockwell side is not allowing License to be returned.
My understanding was that he was gong to open a tech support inquiry into this. Plus borrowing one license resulted in borrowing three license. Rockwell should fix this as well.

It is not known if the the original issues with the license server is correct as the temp 30-dy license is still in effect. Once this license has expires, the original issue should be re-tested to see if it has been successfully resolved.

It looks like someone tried to borrow a license from the server, although I'm not sure why since this already on the JLAB network, but in any event it has taken all 3 of the Full licenses.

I don't think that was intended, but if it was, Hall C should only have 2 licenses available (the 2 with consecutive serial #s if it matters) the other one is for Hall B.

Could whoever borrowed these return at least one of them?
