I've begun the process of trying to get the licenses sorted out, the Support Ticket is  #4008259902

When I tried to log into phycad58 it said someone was using it, so far Rockwell hasn't asked me to do anything with the machine yet, but I may have to take it over.

I don't want to bring up a separate license issue (on skylla10) from borrowed one on cadlm2 until they solve the first issue.

Todd,

Can you send me any log files from this location?
c:\program files\rockwell software\factorytalk activation\logs

Hi Brian,

 When you start a session with RS, ask them how the following could happen? -  to go from a fully functionally license to grace mode in a matter of seconds.

Hi Steve,

No one from DSG has administrator privileges on the computer.

I was going to contact Rockwell about this since Pablo has some training he needs to complete, but with out that I suspect I won't be able to get very far.
