Hi Pablo,
The calibration data for each dataforth module needs to be put into the RSLogix code, for the front end calibration.
These should be relative small corrections but for completeness they should be noted and documented.
It would be best to do this before I use a calibrated voltage source to calibrate the entire sensor flow path.
thanks
Steven

Subject: CLEO rack punch list
Hello Pablo,
Here are the items I found in the CLEO control rack that needed/needs corrective action.
1. PLC-TS-08 terminal strip wiring was incorrect - Corrected, see attached picture
2. PLC I/O A-6 6:0:Ch12- (terminal # 26) had a wrong wire connected to it, was an orange-blue-white. This was changed to the orange-black-white wire. This was the relay to turn on the CCS for the the PT102s. - Corrected.
3. CCS terminal strip connections were tightened inconsistent. Some were very loose some were very tight. Tightened the loose one for both pairs of terminal strip connectors for all 6 CCS boards. - Corrected
4. CCS boards check out was started - not finished yet, I have not verified output currents of all CCS boards.
a. CCS board #3 - the 1V test port measures 1.70V instead of 1V.
b. CCS board #6 - The R102 thru R802 resistors are 10.1K instead of being 3K ohm. Output current not measured yet.
c. It would be helpful to have the expected output current listed on the drawings and include a table showing some R10# values vs output current.
5. PLC Reset timer does not appear to be working. Haven't debugged this yet. The Relay card is cycling properly but the Timer is showing red LED and the reset relay is not clicking.
6. Cable drain/grounding wires should have heat shrink. Very easy to short out an energize wire when debugging/removing from terminal strip and the ends can touch the grounding wire. - I have ask Reagan to do this.
7. Ends of unused wires should be heat shrink insulated to prevent shorting. - Reagan has been asked to do this.
8. Grounding of Dataforth chassis and PLC Chassis needs to be done. - Reagan has been asked to do this.
9. Dataforth Modules for the PT102 need to be change to 43-05D as the expected voltage is 5V not 10mV from these sensors.
I will be busy the next week with meetings (Hall A, Hall C, NPS and CPS collaboration meetings) but can come in if given advance notice.
Thanks
Steven
