Hi Pablo,

 The following testing was done using a JT valve motor actuator and the JT1 controls:

The PLC command to open or close does not provide power to the relay card. The relay I/O chassis A:5:O:ch0 and A:5:O:Ch1 turns on when selected but there is no voltage output from the valve relay card and the LEDs on the valve relay card do not lit up.

When the key switch is placed in manual mode, there is power to the JT motor and it turns on. But both open and close switches causes the motor to turn in the same direction. Motor has been dis-assembled on bench to prevent damage it, The motor can be turn on and the rotation direction of the gear can be viewed. Just be careful not pinch fingers.

Also I would like to discuss the functionality of the PLC keep alive timer relays - in person.

The red lion meter does not see the voltage coming from the LVDT modules. Probably source of problem is the wiring of the selector switch.

I will not be in on Wednesday as I have meetings. Thursday and Friday are the Hall C user meetings also.
