[dsg-halla_solid] Power supply communication card issues

Hello Jack and Steven,


I started the communication test for the power supply and I found that the communication card has not been recognized by the power supply main frame.
The power supply local display shows "NP" status (Not present) for the communication card, see the attached picture.
The DIP with setup to set the RS232 serial mode was checked and it seems to be set correctly based on the manual reference.

We also tried using the communication card of the PSU 2 (the one with the power on button latch issue) but we got the same "NP" status.

Any ideas of why the card has not been recognized?
Have you been able to connect with these PSUs  before?


If we're not able to connect with the power supply, we could still monitor remotely the output current via the available analog output.
