Hello Pablo,

 The PSU is connected to the power cord and he unit has been turned on and off.
Using the 2nd PSU due to the on/off switch not latching on the first one.
I did not see the Comm cable - I guess you have that.

Testing of the comms can take place. I wouldn't turn on the output power - it does have a shorting bus across the leads, so it is safe if the output is turned on, I just wouldn't recommend doing it by one's self without someone else around.

Also, do you have a power extension cord to connect the power supply?

Hello Steven,


Mindy has finished the R-11 communication cable for the power supply and I want to start the communication test, but first  I have a few questions.

I noticed that the power on/off button in one of the two power supplies (located at the top with the current output looped/protected, see attached picture) is not latching in the "On" position. Is this something that was mentioned during the previous test performed?

Which of the two power supply will be used for the magnet low current test?
The power supply in the bottom does not have the current output plug protected, see attached picture.

Is the actual set up for the power supply safe to just plug, power on, and proceed with the communication test?
