[Dsg-hallb_detector_owners] EEL rm 124 clean room prep for RICH

hello all,

first off, the obvious: when walt mentions "your guys" to george", he means hallb guys, else i would be much surprised as all the equipment belongs to hallb.

next, the not so obvious: dsg neither has adequate manpower to move the "stuff" to esb or to the dump (lucky!) or to wherever the final resting place for all the stuff is, nor has the authority to move it out of the EEL.

with regards to mac's request that the wire chamber (WC) stay in the clean room, i don't recall seeing a WC in walt's videos on space allocation. was the WC missed?

i guess mac's request to leave the WC in the clean room could be accommodated, because the SVT will be moving out for the KPP (we could move the WC to that area); when the SVT returns it could stay in the shower curtain room.

given that all of us are focused on the KPP, i suggest to you george, to make an assessment of the clean room, in particular, of the items which must be moved out.
as soon as the RICH items start arriving in mid january, we can schedule the move of items to the shower curtain room.

Hey George:

All of the materials that remain in the clean room belong to Hall B.
Largely, the room is ready with the exception of moving the balance
of the material out and either packaging it for storage or disposal.
As soon as your guys have done that - the room is ready.
