All:
Regarding the wire chamber, I don't believe that was
included in the original plan - however, if all else goes
as planned, then their should be space for that to be
there for some time.
... and yes - Hall B is the owner of the bulk of the material
in the room and will need to package it for storage/disposal
before moving it out if the room.
Still, there is more than enough space to begin the RICH
installation even as the removal of old materials is performed.
We just need to avoid a situation where materials are permanently
abandoned out of temporary convenience.
