[Dsg-ft] FT signals list and move

Dear Amanda,
here is the list of signals we would like to interlock from the FT-Cal 
and the FT-Hodo:

-Temperature:
  up to 8 signals (6 from the calorimeter and 2 from the hodoscope)  
from RTDs: (NI9216?)

- Gas (Cal only)
flow from MKS GE50A Conf 013 (N2) 202 (200 sccm) (NI???)

- humidity (Cal only)
2 sensors HIH-4000-003: (NI-9263, NI-9215 (supply and readout)?)

- chiller: interlocked via a relay  to put the system in stand-by (NI9485?)

- HV: borads currently present in the FT crate (3xA1520P, 3xA1737P, 
1xA1536HDM) with the exclusion of the A1535N that will not be present 
when in Hall-B. Brian checked and all boards can be individually 
interlocked with a relay module (NI9485?)

- LV: Wiener MPod boards (individually interlocked): 2xTTL signal (NI9401?)

- hodoscope box  switch
1 switch on the box lid

Hardware interlocks needed to be coordinated with Nathan, since we would 
like to monitor/record the interlock status in EPICS monitor (database).
We understood this can be done communication with the cRIO controller 
but before to finalize the design, we would like to have the confirmation.
