[Dsg-ft] FT signals list and move

Hi Marco,

A few corrections/suggestions.

- Gas
Now that I understand better what you're trying to do, you should probably just get a flow meter and control the flow with a rotometer. This doesn't need a cRIO module since it readout via the network.

GM50A 013 202 S B 30 20
See page 4 of this PDF for what these mean: https://www.mksinst.com/docs/UR/GM50-DS.pdf
You might need to pick a different full scale flow (I picked 202 for 200 sccm).

- Humidity
Get a 5V DIN rail supply for the power.

- Chiller
The extra analog module we have (LRZ 912) will work with your chiller. It has 2 inputs & outputs, one of the inputs can be set to pump power which will be used to turn the flow off. I would use current instead of voltage as it is a bit more impervious to noise (NI 9265).

- HV
Nearly all of the boards have an interlock signal, but some don't (only have HV ON) and some of the interlock signals ramp the card down at the fastest rate, which is the same thing the RESET signal does. So unless there is some reason not to do it this way that's what I'd go with as it is much easier to wire up (1 signal for the crate vs multiples for each card).
