[Dsg-ft] Flow rotameter for N2 purge

Dear George,
is there any models down to ~500sccm/min (or lower)?
The flow meter we bought has a sensitivity well below. Considering we 
are expecting ~1-2 cc/sec (say 1-2 bubbles per second) we should get 
about 60-100 sccm/min and with a low precision gauge it's very possible 
we can not measure it.
