[Dsg-ft] Nitrogen pipes

Hi George,
thanks for pointing out that the rotometer has to be upstream. I guess 
this was not considered when the new configuration was discussed and the 
idea of moving rotometer and bubbler on the subway was just for 
convenience. However we can go back to the original idea of having 
everything close to the compact rio. We will revisit the plan and get 
back to you on Monday.
