[Dsg-ft] Interlock test

Hi Amanda,
as I mentioned on Friday, we disconnected HV and LV cables so that you 
can safely test the interlocks without worrying about creating some 
unusual condition that could affect the detector. It should therefore be 
safe for you to proceed.
For LV cable, I believe what will happen is that, with the cable 
disconnected from the detector, the sense wires are not properly 
attached and the board will still output voltage but read-backs will be 
wrong. I just got back to Genova and I don't have the information with 
me but should be able to tell you which pins should be shorted tomorrow 
when I will be in the office.
