Hi Raffaella,

When the chiller is reset to factory settings it disables the digital card and its connection to the interlocks. With the digital card disabled, the interlocks are unable to cause any change to the chiller.

Hi Amanda,
yesterday afternoon, after we talked, I reset the chiller to the factory 
settings to see if that could help in getting the device to the setpoint 
temperature but it did not make a difference. However, this morning 
around 7:30 am, the chiller started to behave normally again and the 
temperature is now approaching the set point. We are trying to figure 
out what may have changed at the time since it looks like this sudden 
change was determined by some external factor. Was there anything done 
to the interlocks at that time?
