Dear Walt,
thank you very much for talking to people, organizing things, and finally putting together a plan that makes perfect sense.
It is largely due to your ability to communicate and bring people together to get the job done!
I want to take the opportunity of this e-mail to reinforce a message that should be obvious but apparently is not: it is very important that people clean up the space after having used it.
This in normal respect for people and for people’s job!
