Subject: EEL-125: Let the Cleansing Begin

Good morning:

After discussions with everyone involved, I think we've
landed on a plan.

I've contacted Facilities Management and I will have a
large trash receptacle (or mini dumpster) installed in the
room by tomorrow. After this, rather than marking the
material as trash, the FT and HPS folks can simply drop
the garbage into the trash can and we'll have it hauled
away.

Raffaella mentioned yesterday that the electronic components
that are sitting on the work benches were expected to be
excessed. If the DSG folks can look at them and make sure
there is nothing there they might need in the future, I'll
submit an excess form to have the rest of them removed
with the extra tables and chairs.

Once everything is removed/disposed of - I'll submit a request
for janitorial to sweep and mop the area.

As I mentioned to Stepan yesterday, any material that is being
kept on the shelves for future use should be boxed and marked,
so that it doesn't begin to accumulate dust and so it can be
identified later.
