[Dsg-ft] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: MFC Flow Values

The full scale values for the MFC have been adjusted again.

In normal mode they are as follows (sccm):
Ar - 1391
C4H10 - 130
CF4 - 130

When in purge mode (gas type is changed to Argon):
Ar - 1391
C4H10 - 696
CF4 - 695

Multiply all those numbers by 0.015 to get the minimum flow setpoints.
