[Dsg-ft] [Dsg-mvt] MVT Mix 1

Hi Maxime,

I have verified that the FMT WANTGAS signal is set to false. The MFCs
will not try to flow gas to Mix 1 buffer tank.

Hi Denny and Bob,

The Mix 1 circuit is no longer in use. Please provide DSG with advanced
notice when the MFCs are scheduled for removal. This should be
coordinated with the SVT, MVT, FT, and HTCC detector managers because
the software will need to be stopped briefly when it is updated. This
should be done during day shift when no beam is needed, due to the fact
that HTCC may need to switch to the manual rotameter for a brief period
(< 1hr) and then back to the MFC.

Thanks,

Marc
