Hi Denny,
While not strictly required it is probably best for safety's sake to disconnect the sensor cabling of the HTCC from the rack side.
I've attached a picture from Marc showing the 3 connectors circled in red that should be dis/re-connected. They should go to a 3-way cable.
Let us know if there's anything else that's needed.

Thanks Bob,
Since the monitoring used to be installed on SFL3 and has since been moved to SFL1 there should be enough length.
>From what I remember the last time the HTCC was moved to the floor there really isn't anything to do from the monitoring side other than disconnect/reconnect the pressure and H2O sensors (the MFC isn't used anymore and has been replaced with a rotameter).
If any issues come up we can certainly help troubleshoot but I'm not sure why we're needed in the move itself.

Hi Denny,
So the plan is to move the HTCC on Saturday? Any idea on what time it will start/finish?

Dear Brian and Marc,
It is scheduled to move the HTCC from its current location and put it on the ground floor. The system is scheduled to be disconnected (HV and signal cables, gas supply line, on-line controls) tomorrow evening. All communications have to be disconnected and than connected back to provide same controls and gas supplies while the HTCC is on the ground floor. Of course the detector will be moved back to its original place (scheduled on Wednesday next week) and everything have to be restored.
Your help and supervision is required. Please contact Denny Insley for details and plan to take care about controls as needed. If you let me know when you plan to come to the Hall B area I will join you. Last time HTCC was moved was 4 years ago. I hope you remember that we had continuous monitoring of all parameters with only short (less than 1 hour) interruptions.
Please let me know if there are any difficulties or you need my immediate help regarding the work that needs to be done.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Youri
