[Dsg-ltcc] [New Logentry] Omega DP-25 Pressure Setpoints

The setpoints for S3,S4,S5 have been lowered from 1.2 iwc to 0.6 iwc because they're all currently bypassed and when the solenoid valve opens the pressure spikes very close to the level of the bubblers.
