[Dsg-ltcc] Sector 5 leak testing

Hi Mauri,

We received the replacement solenoids for the LTCC valve panel early, so 
Brian and I installed one on sector 5 yesterday. This would be a couple 
of weeks earlier than we anticipated. We studied the leak rate overnight 
and recorded 1 liter of flow which is about 3.5% of the sectors standard 
leak rate when the detector is connected. We will continue to monitor 
that rate to see an average over a few days.
