[Dsg-ltcc] report for sectors 3 and 5

Hi Maurizio,

We're in the middle of replacing a leaking solenoid valve for S5. George put a PR in for some replacement valves yesterday.

The 3-way valves from the manifolds were also replaced, so there hasn't been gas flow in the past few days.
