[Dsg-ltcc] report for sectors 3 and 5

Hi Mauri,

Dave can reconnect the chamber at anytime, he should open the 3 way 
valve and let us know when he is ready. I can meet Dave in the gas shed 
and show him how to start gas flow when it has been hooked up.
