Updated FC cRio software with pressure controls for the AC power switches which control the vacuum pump connected to the LTCC manifold exhaust. The pump will now turn on as the pressure exceeds a setpoint (2.25 iwc). This, in conjunction with the process controlled solenoids, should keep the pressure in the sector from ever exceeding the set point. Currently, only sector 5 is being tested with N2.
