[Dsg-ltcc] [New Logentry] S5 Supply MFC Pressure Setpoint

The S5 MFC was cycling on/off a bit to quickly, so the dead-band for SP1 (which is used to open the supply solenoid, currently set at 1.9) was raised slightly from 0.02 to 0.05 inWC.

This value still might need to be tweaked some, the goal is just to have the MFCs on for a single shot when the pressure is to low.
