Hi Volker,

The PR I just submitted: https://misportal.jlab.org/reqs/pr/viewPr.do?prNum=375171 is for a new process controller for LTCC which is used to start/stop the C4F10 flow.

Currently we need to wait for an access to change the values when the flow start/stop happens, which means there's a bit of time lag between when we know we should adjust the values and we can actually do it.

We're trying to optimize these values to minimize the gas loss.

Hopefully this gets signed quickly so we can install it during the access next week.
