[Dsg-ltcc] [New Logentry] LTCC S5 pressure control setpoint changed to 1.920"wc

I changed the gas supply solenoid setpoint to 1.920"wc. This will now stop gas flow at 1.920"wc, the previous setpoint was 2.020"wc. The intent is to reduce gas loss out of the bubbler due to ambient pressure changes.
