[Dsg-ltcc] [New Logentry] S5 C4F10 Flow

Sector 5 flow has been increased from 0.065 to 0.1 lpm. DSG is testing the increased flow rate with the process control settings to optimize gas usage. The increased flow rate will fill the detector faster after the pressure falls below 1.9iwc. The current deadband is 0.05iwc.
