[dsg-hallb_ltcc] Install the other 2 LTCC detectors

Hi Bob,

I put two differential pressure sensors (but no ferrules on the swagelok fitting) and 200' of cable over near the LTCC rack on the FC. Just let me know when the cables are ready to be terminated.

Marc will check (and probably need to rewire) the chassis starting tomorrow. This will include some periods of downtime while power is removed. Since it's my understand the sectors still have N2 this shouldn't be any issue.

Code is already in good shape to handle these sensors, so I don't see any issues on that front.
