[dsg-hallb_ltcc] Install the other 2 LTCC detectors

We'll see what sensors and instrumentation is available on Monday.

Since Marc worked on a lot of that code I'll have him help when he's available on upgrading to the newer setup as well.

The only conflict will be that making sure the RICH construction isn't slowed down any while the INFN collaborators are here as that is currently DSG's highest priority. Based on their schedule we should be okay.

Hi Brian,

Hall B has been tasked with installing the other 2 LTCCs this month to
use for run group C.  This was a late request from the run group and
Patrizia would like the detectors installed.

For sectors 3 and 5, a few years ago, we updated the gas system with 2
pressure sensors at each bubbler.

We need to do the same update for sectors 6 and 2, as well as test the
system for these sectors.

Can you check the system to see what is required to cable the new
sensors and update it?

I can install the bubblers and pressure transducers.

The run starts on June 8th, so I would like to have the tests completed
by May 29th, so I can fill the detectors May 30th.
