[Dsg-hallb_magnets] request to reboot Solenoid LV cRIO to Hall Sensor debugging

Hello Renuka, 

This morning Pablo and I noticed that the Solenoid LV cRIO was incorrectly sending data for two Hall Sensors. According to the Master Instrumentation List, there should only be one Hall Sensor in LV Chassis 2 for the entire Solenoid system. 

Can the Solenoid LV cRIO be stopped for debugging? 

Attached is also the Master Instrumentation List that I am using. Can you confirm that this version is the most up-to-date?
