I suspect something similar to the situation that Christiana described is what happened.
I've powered back on the solenoid cRIO (and upgraded it to 2016 [mainly to force storage to be formatted]), but disabled the startup app via the dip switch.
This way it will only run a version that someone manually starts.
Right now it is running my updated version, but since I don't have the updated solenoid PLC code I can't connect to the PLC to verify the cRIO is communicating with the PLC. I do know that the Torus PLC hasn't been effected when starting the solenoid cRIO.
I'll check with Pablo tomorrow to make sure that everything is okay.

Thanks Brian,
Christiana, could you please suggest me what is happening with solenoid cRIO?
thanks
Renuka

I'll get the Solenoid cRIO to a working state so you guys can do your tests tomorrow.
This will also let me test code changes I want to implement on the Torus cRIO.

For the time being the solenoid cRIO has been powered off (via the circuit breaker next to it in the rack) until it can be reset since this was affecting the torus PLC.
