[Dsg-hallb_magnets] new mailing list

thank you for acknowledging the support of pablo and tyler as invaluable. 
we are pleased to be of assistance. 

to preclude conflicts and to facilitate efficient support, dsg has created the dsg-hallb_magnets mailing list. 

this mailing list has been configured that people not on the list, can send e-mail to the mailing list and the e-mail will be distributed automatically ( without a moderator/censor ) to all the people in the list. 

we have included the program manager (you) and all known associates of that project, to the best of our knowledge. 

please, send your e-mails regarding the magnet (torus and solenoid) to this list, addressing the dsg person. 

i'm confident that this mailing list will help us coordinate our (dsg)/ magnet activities.
