[Dsg-hallb_magnets] torus ramp up

hello 

i received news that the torus ad been ramped up to 100 A. 
volker forwarded message of cesar lungo message to clas mambers, and from brian, who posted the message on the hallb-svt mailing list. 
great news. congratulations. 

in cesar lungo's e-mail one name was missing: that of peter bonneau. 
this is understandable because peter is unable to go to the hall or walk to the meetings, and so most of you haven't seen him. 

i personally want to acknowledge peter's role, as the PLC expert (i venture to say at Jlab), guiding, tutoring and explaining the magnet plc system to pablo and tyler, without which they would not have been effective. 

tyler and pablo have and will acknowledge, of that i'm sure, peter's advise, guidance and his help solving problems that arose in pablo's task areas. 

i am sure all of us join in to acknowledge peter's behind the scene contributions to this celebratory vent
