[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Hall B Solenoid PSU issues

Hello Ruben, 



Yesterday afternoon the problem with the PSU was solved. 

The PSU remote crate display was showing an interlock, which was occurring because of their interlocks inputs were not activated. These inputs are provided from the relay outputs of the PLC. 

The following steps were followed to solve the problem: 

1.Verify interlock hardwiring for the PSU crate board; used drawings B000000900-0639 and B000000900-0654. 

2. Notice that PLC relay outputs that are wired to the interlock inputs of the PSU remote crate has to be always ‘ON’ to avoid the interlocks. 

3. Added PLC code in ‘ Magnet Interlocks’ routine to have always active the relay outputs (Slot 1- Remote PLC chassis) and match with the wiring mention above. 

4. Two PLC tags were added to the PLC routine: PLC_FAST_DUMP_BACKUP and PLC_SLOW_DUMP at channels 12 and 13 respectively. 

All changes in the Solenoid PLC were made Online, and latest version is running in the PLC controller.
