[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Spare Hall B Magnet cRIO

I've put the previous Solenoid fast-DAQ cRIO along with the new Cryo-con unit in the spares cabinet in the Hall B counting room. It's on the 2nd shelf from the bottom in the right corner.

Let me know if it should go somewhere else.
