Dave,

We could force the valves to stay open and manually manipulate the array used to calculate the DTs, but Pablo mentioned that for the Torus pre-power up this cable was tested after it was at 4K so waiting seems like the more sensible choice.

Let's just do the same for the Solenoid that way there is no cool-down to stop.
