[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Cryocon #1 Replaced

Cryocon #1 (SN: 205264 IP: 129.57.96.21) lost communications with the PLC over the weekend (at least the 3rd error we've had with this unit) so it was swapped out with the spare (SN: 205822 IP: 129.57.96.40) that was recently ordered. The previous power supply is still being used because we wanted to only change one thing at a time.

The 490NBX was updated with the new IP which required a reboot of the NBX.

We'll monitor it for few weeks before considering the issue closed.
