[Dsg-hallb_magnets] IDCCT scaling in labview

Hello Nick, 

Right now, the way IDCCT1 data is scaled by one million also scales the voltage taps by one million. 

Do we want the Voltage Taps to stay scaled by one million or should they also be changed to 100,000?

Hi Tyler, 

Can you please change the multiplier for IDCCT1 in the labview logic. I believe it is scaled by a million at the moment, please change it to 100,000. 

This will prevent us from hitting the hardware limit on the PLC readout. Let me know when you are complete as I will need to do the same in the PLC
