[Dsg-hallb_magnets] 2 of 18 tasks complete for Torus Pre-power-up Interlock Checklist

Hello Probir, 

After you left this afternoon, Pablo and I completed 2 of 18 tasks on the Torus Pre-power-up Interlock Checklist before we had to leave Hall B at 4:00PM for an ODH test. 

We will continue the checklist tomorrow morning at 8:30AM since we are able to use the external power supply to power the MPS control board.
