[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Torus Pre-power-up interlock checklist P027 Complete

Hello, 

Pablo and I completed all (17 of 17) tasks required for the KPP Torus Pre-power-up Interlock Checklist P027. 

Attached is a scanned copy of the completed P027. Note: not all checks performed, as they were only necessary for full current commissioning (occurred in October 2016). 

During some of the tests, the Controlled Ramp Down Cryo interlock tripped due to low VCL flow and Nitrogen Overpressure. We commented these interlocks out of the PLC so we could complete the checklist. This is noted on page 20 of the checklist. 

We will take the hard copy to Hall B and place it in the binder near the controls racks on Space Frame Level 2.
